Memberships are paid wellness plans that include priority booking, member-only pricing, exclusive benefits, and concierge-level access to services.
Priority Access vs. Memberships — What’s the Difference?
Priority Access is designed for clients who want enhanced convenience, priority scheduling, and access to 24/7 booking availability without committing to a full wellness membership plan.
Memberships include additional wellness benefits such as member-only pricing, included services, exclusive perks, and ongoing concierge wellness support.
Can I book after-hours or 24/7 services immediately after joining Priority Access or a Membership?
No. All first-time clients must complete intake forms and receive medical clearance from a licensed provider before 10:00 PM CST prior to receiving services.
Once initial clearance has been completed and approved, eligible Membership and Priority Access clients may receive access to after-hours and 24/7 booking availability during their active clearance period. Medical clearance is typically valid for one year unless health status changes.
Is there a minimum membership commitment?
Yes. Memberships require an initial 3-month commitment period before cancellation eligibility.
How do I cancel my membership?
Memberships may be canceled after the initial 3-month commitment period. To request cancellation, please contact us at [email protected] prior to your next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
What happens if I don’t use my monthly drip?
Unused monthly services do not roll over unless otherwise specified within your selected Membership plan.
