Can I use recent lab results from another provider or lab draw?
Possibly. Recent lab results may be reviewed for eligibility; however, updated labs may still be required based on provider assessment and the age of the results.
How recent do my labs need to be?
Lab results are typically required within the last 30–90 days; however, updated labs may still be requested based on provider assessment and your current health status.
How do I submit outside lab results?
Recent lab results from MyChart, LabCorp, Quest Diagnostics, or other licensed laboratory portals may be accepted for provider review. A copy of your lab results must also be submitted directly to the MoDrips Hydration team for verification prior to scheduling.
What happens if my labs do not qualify for treatment?
If treatment is not recommended based on your lab results or provider assessment, our team will notify you and review your provider recommendations with you.
How soon can I schedule my infusion after clearance?
Once your labs are reviewed, you’ll receive your provider recommendations and recommended treatment plan. If you choose to move forward with treatment, you may self-schedule your infusion or a MoDrips coordinator can assist you with booking your appointment.
Is an Iron Infusion guaranteed after booking clearance?
No. Iron Infusion clearance is determined after provider review of your lab results and medical assessment.
Can Iron Infusions be performed at home?
Yes. MoDrips Hydration is a mobile concierge service that provides Iron Infusions in the comfort of your home, hotel, or preferred location within our service area.
Do Iron Infusions require provider oversight?
Yes. All Iron Infusions are reviewed and approved by a licensed medical provider prior to treatment.
Can I receive other IV services during my Iron Infusion appointment?
Additional wellness services or IV add-ons may be available based on provider approval, scheduling availability, supply availability, and when the request is communicated to the MoDrips Hydration team.
Can I add a wellness drip to my appointment?
Yes. Wellness drip add-ons are recommended for additional hydration and wellness support.
