SECURE BOOKING

Once details are confirmed, a deposit is submitted to reserve your date, staffing, and accommodations. Final guest counts and booking details are confirmed prior to service.

COMPLETE CLEARANCES

All guests receiving IV services must complete intake forms and receive medical clearance prior to treatment. For the smoothest experience, we recommend submitting guest clearances 48–72 hours in advance whenever possible.

How many guests can you accommodate?

We can accommodate both intimate gatherings and large-scale group experiences. Staffing and setup are customized based on your guest count and event needs.

Do guests need medical clearance?

Yes. All guests receiving IV services must complete intake forms and receive medical clearance prior to treatment.

Do you travel for private events?

Yes. MoDrips Hydration provides mobile concierge wellness experiences throughout Houston and surrounding areas. Extended travel may be available for additional fees.

When do final guest counts need to be confirmed?

For groups under 20 guests, final guest counts should be confirmed 48–72 hours prior to the event. For groups of 20+ guests, final guest counts should be confirmed at least 2 weeks in advance to allow for staffing, inventory, coordination, and event planning.

What happens if a guest is not medically cleared?

Guest safety is our priority. If a guest is not medically cleared by the provider, IV services cannot be administered. Alternative wellness options or adjustments may be discussed when appropriate.

What happens if a guest cancels on the day of the event?

Guests canceled on the day of the event are non-refundable and will remain part of the confirmed guest count and booking total.

Do you offer corporate wellness events?

Yes. We offer customized wellness experiences for corporate activations, employee appreciation events, conferences, hospitality experiences, and more.

What types of events do you service?

We provide wellness experiences for birthdays, bachelorette parties, weddings, concerts, festivals, corporate gatherings, girls’ trips, recovery events, private celebrations, and more.

Can additional guests be added on the day of the event?

Additional guests may be accommodated based on staffing, inventory availability, scheduling capacity, and completion of required medical clearance.

Can guests add additional services during the event?

Additional services and add-ons may be available during the event based on provider approval, inventory availability, and scheduling capacity.

How far in advance should events be booked?

We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially for larger groups, weekends, holidays, concerts, and peak event seasons. Last-minute accommodations may be available based on staffing and scheduling capacity.

Are there any additional fees or charges?

Medical clearance is required for all guests receiving IV services and is $39 per person. Additional travel, after-hours, staffing, or concierge fees may apply depending on the event location, timing, guest count, and service needs.
